From LifeHacker: DIY Wall-Mounted, Folding Clothes Dryer Rack [DIY]

DIY Wall-Mounted, Folding Clothes Dryer Rack [DIY]:
DIY Wall-Mounted, Folding Clothes Dryer RackAir drying is the way to go for cheap and delicate clothes drying, but clothes drying racks and even typical clotheslines don't handle a lot of clothes. This wall-mounted clothes dryer rack, made from baby playpen panels is not only space-efficient but lets you hang a ton of clothes.
Erica on Northwest Edible constructed this DIY clothes drying rack from two panels off a "baby jail" she got off of Freecycle. (You'd probably be able to make something similar with baby or dog gates, although playpen panels are easier because they're designed to hinge together.)
The hinged panels fold out to allow for more air flow around the 1-2 loads of laundry she can hang on each rack, and fold down when not in use.
Have your own laundry room hack to share? Post it in the comments for all to see.
